Mr. Im Phal, Founder & President
Im Phal possesses a high profile in providing consulting services, business coaching, communications and problem solving, leadership and management, as well as sales experience and assisting members and business partners in the logistics field to become successful. He has more than 15 years’ experience in a wide range of logistics service and transportation, specializing in logistic management.
In addition, he serves as the executive director in BNI Phnom Penh Region 2, a position he has held for more than 7 years.
He has many achievements including his role in creating ambassadors and director leaders to help more than 888 business owners grow their business in the region. He is a great leader with a long vision of helping the community.

Mr. Chea Kunvireak, General Manager
Kunvireak has served as the General Manager at OBS Logistic since last year. Before joining OBS, Kunvireak served in various positions of several companies including the role of an administrative staff and translator, purchaser, and purchasing supervisor.

He has special skills in negotiation with suppliers (both product and service), good communication and relationship with every level of the organization. His main job at OBS is to coordinate business operations, monitor and motivate staff, ensure good customer service, improve administration process, engage vendors, hire and train employees, identify business opportunities, monitor financial activities, drive sales and improve revenue. Kunvireak earned a BA in Business Administration from National University of Management and has completed many training courses, in particular the 12 General English at ACE with an IELTS score of 5.5. He is currently a member of BNI Cambodia. His key to success is to work in synergy with the right people, build a good network, ensure continuous learning and patience.

Ms. Chea Sothearoth, Operations Manager
Sothearoth has 10 years’ experience in business operation. She has spent a major part of her career in managing the company’s operation. She provides marketing strategies, shipping field expertise, market research, project analysis and project procurement to support clients.
She possesses a drive to exceed her targets by creating plans to build new connections. Being part of the management team, she successfully formed and led the business operations department to ensure business growth during her time at OBS Logistic. Sothearoth has gained extensive knowledge and insight into providing outstanding shipping field assistance by anticipating client needs.
Along with the responsibility of business operation, managing sales, administration and operations, she is also tasked to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by employees and related partners.

Mr. Keo Sopheap, Customs Broker Advisor
Sopheap has spent more than 11 years as an advisor in customs brokerage in areas such as document processing, HS Code verification, and negotiations while encouraging the team to deliver cargos to customers on time, coaching the team to become more skilled and be accountable of their tasks, as well as administration management and department operations.
He has grown and developed professionally and is a team leader in the company. He has passion to innovate and is driven to find solutions. Sopheap has served as a customs broker advisor since 2010 at OBS Logistic. He has a good relationship with many companies, the Ministry of Interior and Customs Department in relation to importing and exporting goods.
